Whether the source is a teacher, pastor, counselor, social researcher, story plot, or just plain personal experience...most of us realize that chronic difficulty and dysfunction growing up goes on to negatively affect us later in life. But can we leverage that dysfunction to actually (perhaps ironically) thrive? Moreover, can we teach our students how to do that?
