Sarah Ferguson is an existing Guiness World record holder. She is the only person to swim around Easter Island, a 63km venture. Sarah is an open water swimmer with a big time CV. Some of her swims include:

Breathe Ocean Conservation is her NPO, an organisation that aims to eliminate throw away plastic.
