Cindy has built and grown an award winning business, namely Pro-Talent recruitment agency. Over the past 30 years of growing her business and being an entrepreneur, Cindy has diversified into motivational speaking, business coaching and writing two books, "How To Be Unstoppable" and "How Does She Do It?".

Cindy is also a philanthropist, founding the Robin Hood Foundation in 2005 and continues to run more than 120 charitable outreach projects every year and in 2016, she was awarded the Sunday Tribune Lead SA KZN Hero of the Year award.

There is no doubt, Cindy is an achiever! Upon reflecting on this episode, I've learnt two things:
1. Being and achiever is not an exclusive and elusive concept, it really does come down to your mindset and the clarity you have on what you want for your life.
2. Everything comes at a cost. If you're uber ambitious and career driven, you must accept the likelihood that other areas of your life won't match the level of success as your career.
