In November 1995, 28-year-old Brenda Way was found brutally murdered behind a small apartment building in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Three years later, they put her killer behind bars. But after 21 years, more and more layers to the truth were being discovered. And they weren’t necessarily being discovered because they were missed...it was starting to appear that they may in fact have been COVERED UP by the very people we rely on to serve and protect.
