OVER THE LIMIT(what you should know about breathalyzer machines and getting pulled over for drunk driving)

Whiskey Business kicked off the year with guest “Super Lawyer” Jon Saia and his vast knowledge of OVI laws and the technology of the breathalyzer machines that amazingly can work for AND against you. EVEN IF YOU HAVEN’T had a drop of alcohol!

Everyone metabolizes alcohol differently. Dino had 7 shots of Jack Daniel’s and blew under the limit. John Whitney nursed a drink and a half and almost blew OVER the limit. Greg Hansberry, who is doing a Dry January, ate 2 pieces of Wonder Bread and still registered on the machine. How? Why? What?!!!! The fascinating information is in this first podcast of the year with the big takeaway message being, DON’T DRIVE DRUNK.
