Welcome to episode twenty-six of our wonderfully awesome comedy and history podcast, Where You're From! Brought to you by husband and wife team, Max and Hitomi.

Each episode, British born Max, and Filipino Japanese Hitomi, will talk about each others cultural history. It's a whole lot of interesting education and comedy, and hopefully only a pinch of domestic violence.

This weeks episode features the ever silly Brit fool, Max. He's going to wrap up his two parter all about Japan's love affair with summer festivals. What is the difference between a festival in Tokyo and a festival in Osaka or Saporro? What is the significance of it all? Most importantly, which is Max and Hitomi's favourite summer festival?? Let Max tell you all about the history and culture of the Japanese natsu matsuri!!

It's a two parter folks as there's a lot to talk about! Go back and listen to part one if you missed it, sit back, grab a summer cocktail and relax!

Let's history!

***New episode every Friday***

Max became a sound engineer from episode 14, so much better audio quality starting from that episode. If you're new here and looking for a good episode to start on, episode 14 is a good place to start.
