Good morning, Austin! It's time for your local weather forecast brought to you by the National Weather Service.
Today, you can expect a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1 pm. It will be mostly cloudy with a high near 84 degrees. Get ready for some breeze as the south southeast wind will be blowing at 15 to 25 miles per hour, with gusts as high as 35 miles per hour.
Tonight, there's a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms between 1 am and 4 am, followed by showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 4 am. Expect a low around 69 and breezy conditions with a south southeast wind at 20 to 25 miles per hour, gusting up to 35 miles per hour.
As we move into Sunday, showers and possibly a thunderstorm are expected mainly before 1 pm. Then, a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1 pm. The high will be near 81 degrees with a south wind around 10 miles per hour. Don't forget your umbrellas as there's a 90 percent chance of precipitation.
Looking ahead to the rest of the week, we can expect a mix of sun and clouds with chances of showers and thunderstorms on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Temperatures will range from highs in the upper 80s to lows in the upper 60s and low 70s.
