Episode 7: Olympian Billy Mills
Kyle and Aimee are joined by Dr. David Hoffert, Superintendent of Warsaw Community Schools and Olympic Gold Medalist Billy Mills.
Mr. Mills is the gold medal winner of the 10,000 meter run in the 1964 Olympics in Tokyo, Japan. He was in town to speak with 5th graders as part of the yearly special speaker series. Dr. Hoffert shares more about the special speaker series and why Billy was a great fit to be our guest this year. Mr. Mills shares more of his story as well as his personal connection to Warsaw.
