Welcome back to Open The Voice Gate - Rewind and Rewatch! Case (https://twitter.com/_inyourcase) and Mike (https://twitter.com/fujiiheya) are back to Rewind and Rewatch important events in Dragon System history.

Before this month’s Rewind and Rewatch, they discuss Dragongate’s weekend in Kobe and a programming note for Voice Gate through Dead or Alive.

April’s Rewind and Rewatch, celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the Dragon System, discusses the El Numero Uno 2004 tournament, specifically its final show on April 28th, 2004!

Before Case and Mike review the show, there’s a good deal we must talk about late 2003 to early 2004 Toryumon, especially Hagure Gundam/Aagan Iisou, Sumo’s Dietary Preferences, Why We Don’t Talk About 2004 That Often, Parallels through Dragon System History, Royal Brothers and more!

Then they take us to Yoyogi National Stadium #2 on April 28th, 2004 as Toryumon attempts to decide their last Numero Uno between defending champ CIMA, upstart Shuji Kondo, icon Dragon Kid, and the newly heel again Masaaki Mochizuki. The Crazy Max vs Aagan Iisou feud continues with rival former sumo Don Fujii vs Toru Owashi and Anthony W. Mori finally comes to terms with the end of Royal Brothers! The show can be viewed at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1aW-KN6hKLQ
