In this episode I talk about Intention versus Overwhelm. How do you get the most high impact work done? There are so many things to prioritize on a daily basis, it can all start to feel like noise. It's all urgent, and it causes anxiety and overwhelm.

Stephen Covey has a great tool for this. It's his 4 quadrants.
I. Urgent & Important
II. Important
III. Urgent (Not important)
IV. Neither urgent nor important.

The trick is to focus on Quadrant 2, and the way to do it is by looking at your goals on weekly increments.
