We are introducing Patricia Ann Howard as a semi-perm addition to Untamed Psyche! She discusses her struggles & how they played into parenting, & how her trauma ended up as a pass-through to her own children.

We discuss how our minds have been conditioned over our lifetime to believe #negativity about our #selfimage & our actions. We are unaware of our subconscious programming that we've experienced throughout our lifetime up until this day. Think of some #negative connotations you were told as a child for example: ☆clumsy ☆wild ☆financial structures ☆flat chested ☆unlucky These negative connotations limit our own potential & that = #selfsabotage. There is no perfect childhood & we unintentionally lean into the familiar passing out #traumas onto to the next generation. ~Even the sun's light is dimmed by dark clouds~ Eventually with enough negative seeds of weeds planted in our brain we will not be able to see your path to progression. Reflecting on individuals who have, intentionally or unintentionally planted negative seeds in your memories, then choosing to release that guilt. #changethenarrative #changethestory ~#SheWolfofAllStreets
