In this episode of UTLRadio, Peter and Brendan discuss the assumption of risk and injuries to spectators at professional and youth sporting events. When you buy a ticket to a sporting event, you might not be aware that you're assuming a certain amount of risk. That's because most stadiums and arenas have what's known as an "assumption of risk" policy. In short, this means that the venue is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur on its property.

So, if you're sitting in the stands and a foul ball comes flying your way, tough luck—you're on your own. . . or are you?
