Efficiency! Everyone says you should do it better, but very few tell you how you’re supposed to make that happen.
In this episode, Helen Brookes, UK Agri-Tech Centre, and Ben Williams, Leprino Foods discuss one such pilot programme that has helped 10 farms see a £1 million reduction in their collective cost of production in just 12 months.
Importantly we hear from one of the farmers on why they embarked on such a programme.
