Russ and I have a long form conversation with a fascinating Army Vet, COL(R) Glenn Schmick who served in a variety of leadership roles for over 3 decades. He recently retired and has seen the Army through many transitions and variations. Glenn has been on several combat deployments and served at a very high level. Published author, he is the epitome of leadership and experience. We discuss Army history, what the Army does right and wrong, bad vs. good leadership, and our biggest screw ups!
