In this episode Chrissy and Shirin are back sharing their lockdown experiences:
- The day they ate the most AMAZING food in Barcelona despite being in the beginning of what they would soon realize was a global pandemic.
- How they almost got stuck in Barcelona and how Shirin held it down for them both. She was basically the drunk friend holding Chrissy’s hair back.
- Working from home woes. Chrissy and Shirin discuss the challenges of working from home, even though they’ve always worked from home. Sh*t is different when your home also doubles as the gym, workspace, bedroom, and restaurant.
- Diversity and Inclusion in the wellness industry, or more accurately stated, the lack thereof.
- What it feels like when your husband approves of your previous dates. Spoiler alert...Shirin may or may not have dated a couple of men who are now on Netflix shows!
