Shelbey was born on August 18, 1995, and faced numerous hardships throughout her life, including a tumultuous family dynamic, foster care, and abuse. Despite these challenges, Shelbey aimed to build a better life for herself, pursuing a career in modeling and healthcare.
However, her dreams were cut short when she was found brutally murdered in her apartment on November 4, 2015. The investigation revealed disturbing details, but the killer remains at large to this day.
