Instead of doing the work and getting real results, instead they try and posture and show a look of success that is bigger than they are. They "fake it" until they make it. I get it, I’ve been there and did this too when I was a young 25 year old CEO in the real estate game. But looking back now, the only way to show that image of success, is to actually go earn it.
