Today I chat with Too Much To Handle listener, Anne, who shares her harrowing story of domestic abuse. I bring in trauma-informed, psychotherapist Seerut Chawla, to discuss red flags of abusive relationships, both emotional and physical, and how our past can affect our future relationships. This episode is very powerful, but also very graphic, so I want to give a trigger warning for anyone who may have experienced or may currently be experiencing abuse.
