As human beings, we seek something reliable to attach ourselves to. Something strong that can protect us during times of trouble, and wise enough to guide us towards the best decisions in life. We tend to view God as distant and irrelevant to the world we live in today, and instead turn to the things we perceive as reliable. However, God remains all-knowing and capable of creating or destroying even the things we believe to be trustworthy. The Word encourages us to place our trust in God, as He is very much relevant in today's world. The best decision we can make is to put our faith in Him.
