Claudia Nyon is a University of Warwick graduate, studying the UK Bar course (the BPTC) as a member of the Middle Temple in London. Having taken part in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in an online format this year, we discuss online hearings. This episode gives an insight into a potential future of the legal profession, exploring how online hearings can take place and how they differ to in person hearings. For aspiring mooters or lawyers, there are also some takeaways.
