Welcome back to the kitchen table. There are moments in life when we feel completely overwhelmed. The unknowns feel heavy, and the fear of what's ahead can be paralyzing. As parents, we often reach for our child's hand in those uncertain times, offering them comfort and safety. It’s in that same way that God reaches for us.
Isaiah 41:10 reminds us of His promise: “Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you.” Even when life feels scary, God is leading us forward, walking beside us as our refuge and strength.
When the world feels overwhelming, remember—just as you are a refuge for your child, God is with you, guiding you every step of the way. Let Him be your safe place, just as you are for them.
