CEO & Co-Founder of Hallow, a Catholic app for prayer, Alex Jones was working in consulting when he began confronting a confusing truth: despite nothing being wrong, a constant feeling of emptiness and anxiety was constantly with him. After getting into meditation in hopes of addressing this, Alex became fascinated with the world of spirituality and the contemplative life that meditation brought him into. Within months, Alex had quit his job to follow a calling he couldn't ignore, combining the world of meditation and the word of Jesus into an app called Hallow.

Alex discusses how he created what's now the #1 prayer app in the world, the role Alex hopes Hallow plays in helping people deepen their connection with God, and how crucial investing in spirituality can be to happiness and well-being.
