In this solo episode of The Turning Lemons Into Lemonade Podcast - I am going to take you on a journey to a day about 12 years ago when I was perfectly healthy and in the best shape of my life. But I knew my life was out of alignment and that I wasn't really being true to the fact that I needed to make a change. Then one Sunday afternoon, in the middle of the Container Store in San Diego, I had a stroke - and it became obvious that it was time to listen to my body, listen to my heard, and do something new, bigger, and better! This one moment and the coming days after were the complete impetus for me to change my life - setting the groundwork to leave my six figure finance career to open my own business!
