Three words no one wants to hear:
You have cancer.
I heard those three words on October 15th, 2020. Since then, I've battled cancer and found out two weeks ago that I'm 100% cancer-free.
On today's podcast, I share my battle with cancer and relate it to the fact that many people have faced a significant emotional event through the pandemic that has changed them, as cancer did for me.
As leaders, we must address those changes proactively to maximize post-pandemic performance and ensure our team has the greatest job and life satisfaction.
