Jimmy Johnny Juste leads groups and organizations through a process of conscious facilitation, helping them to resolve conflicts, navigate change, and embrace innovative solutions. At the core of his practice lies the liberation of self, employing diverse methods from somatic work to hypnosis and facilitative mediation. Facilitation, a transformative modality for meaning-making, empowers participants to express themselves authentically and boldly. Melinda met Jimmy at the 2024 Florida Creativity Conference, where she attended his presentation on Conscious Facilitation, and immediately knew she wanted to bring his work to The Syncreate Podcast. We discuss the principles of conscious facilitation, tools and techniques for grounding and presence, and how all of this relates to creativity.
For our Creativity Pro-Tip, when things get tense or stressful interpersonally, or when we feel stuck creatively, instead of rushing to a solution, slow down, ground yourself with a deep breath, and allow your wisdom to arise instead of rushing into action.
