Cass and Rich, both from the creative agency world, saw a huge gap in the market for a ‘human-centred’ design agency, an agency which revolves around design-thinking. They formed Cheddar Creative with a firm vision to help companies build sustainable brands and develop user experience (UX). Milo Williams – Founder of Rubix M&E
Milo set up Rubix from his dining room table 5 years ago at the age of 22. Rubix M and E is a recruitment agency which places skilled gas engineers, electricians and plumbers into contract and permanent work across the UK. From starting with one client to 100’s today, Milo's company turnovers more than £2million per year. Milo talks about how he invests in his own staff – and has built an incredible team around him - ‘The Rubix Family’. Milo is also developing a bespoke app for his clients and launched Chainbox Global during the pandemic which connects PPE to end-users.

Kristian Day – Co-Founder of Insight Energy
Kristian and his brother Adam set up Insight Energy last year, in the height of the pandemic with a very clear mission in mind. As parents they have a huge interest in the future for their children and our world, so together they’ve teamed up to help people make the transition to using sustainable energy systems. Kristian talks about how solar panels, air and ground source heat pumps and EV charging systems can save us money as well as help us all to work towards fighting climate change. Insight Energy designs and installs sustainable energy systems into homes and businesses.

Melody Easey – Founder of Lodge Sports and Remedial Massage
Melody used to ride out racehorses in Newmarket and was a keen Marshall Arts enthusiasts, so is well accustomed to injuries and pain! Following her dream to work in forensic mental health, Melody became an occupational therapist and eventually transitioned in to sports massage, commonly referred to today as Soft Tissue Therapy. Melody works with the Red Lodge Rugby team as well as triathletes and endurance runners, she also has plenty of private clients who are manual and office workers. Melody is a Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist (the highest qualification available) and talks to us about the massage industry being a minefield for customers – as there is no regulating body.
