Debbie asks Stephan about his journey in disability, and how he landed into Hilltop Caring. They talk about the support work Hilltop Caring provides, particularly housing aswell. Stephan tells us how important it is to provide care and supports in such a way that allows the tenants to feel that they are living in their own home, with their own space and that care is provided in a non-intrusive manner.
