Just in time for its debut on Shudder, we're bringing you our review of the new horror movie from director Luke Boyce and Shatterglass Films: Revealer! We had a great time chatting about the movie, and an even better one interviewing the movie's co-writer Michael Moreci! That interview can be found on the latter portion of the episode (timecode below), but we've been fans of both Michael's and co-writer Tim Seeley's work in comics for a long time, so we've been excited for their first movie collaboration since it was announced. As always, we're a full spoiler podcast, so be sure to head over to Shudder.com to watch the movie first. Then come back here to check out our chat on 80s horror nostalgia, a fascinating glimpse into the filmmaking process during the early days of the pandemic, and also the tale of our host Nick's bachelor party (trust us, it's not as lurid as you might think)! And as always, thanks so much for listening! *Michael's interview begins at 00:45:04 Visit this link for more details on Michael's comic BARBARIC with Vault: https://www.vaultcomics.com/titles/barbaric/ Visit this link for more details on Shatterglass Films: http://www.shatterglassfilms.com/
