GARBAGE IN GARBAGE OUT Do you know that every human being on this planet is the sum total of what they digests? This is Attah Samuel. You can’t eat carbohydrate rich food and expect to have the effect of vitamins or proteins, because carbohydrate can only give you energy, but will never do the work of a protein or vitamin. Same with our characters, beliefs, behaviors, and intelligence. What we feed our minds with is what we produce. What we consume each day from our surroundings is the sum total of who we are. When you choose to digest negative things, you will always produce negative results and same with positive things. When you soak yourself in a positive environment, your outcome radiates positivity.
