On today’s episode, Rich sits down with Ruben Kanya – Mid-Term Rental Specialist & Investor, Co-Founder of Invested Escapes, Podcast Host of The Real Estate Experiment, and Author of Hospitable Hosts. Ruben helps real estate investors 3x their returns without changing or disrupting their existing short-term rental operation by adding the mid-term rental insurance strategy. Ruben owns half a dozen properties between Atlanta and Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and also controls more than 30 properties within his nationwide network — where he and his team have brokered and/or co-hosted mid-term rental insurance contracts for other investors.
