But the founder of Pennant Real Estate, Leo Desselle, believes that more than connections, building friendships between the realtor and other vital personnel/institutions like local banks, appraisers, loan officers, and inspectors are crucial to better services to clients. About Leo Desselle
After graduating from Archbishop Shaw High School in 2002, he attended LSU and played football for the Tigers for the next 5 years. In 2003 they won the National Championship! In 2007, he graduated from LSU and pursued a real estate profession. He continued working hard for the next 8 years continuing to grow a very prospering real estate career. He then attained his Broker’s license and founded Pennant Real Estate.
In the last 4 years, it has grown to just over 30 Realtors. It currently ranks in the top 1% of all real estate companies in Baton Rouge. They had built strong relationships with local banks, loan officers, appraisers, and inspectors in order to offer their clients the best experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. They work hard for their clients to inspect, maintain, and communicate every detail of the transaction, from the first phone call, all the way to the closing table.
His wonderful wife and 3 amazing kids are the reason why he does what he does. They are his “WHY” and what pushes him every day to get up before everyone else and go to bed later than everyone else.
