On this episode, Alexandra speaks with Ona Oghogho, who is the founder and creative director of Blk Pod Collective, which is an organization focused on providing educational resources, increasing visibility and fostering a community for support for Black podcasters. She has also hosted their podcast, titled Blk Pod Collective: The Podcast, and is now the Podcast Community and Events Manager at Buzzsprout. She shares about why she start The Collective, some unhealthy relationship moments with social media and how she combats it, setting boundaries between work and personal life, and how her faith impacts the work that she does.
