Dave Helman sits down with former Carolina Panthers and Washington Commanders head coach Ron Rivera to understand what happens behind the scenes during the NFL Draft. Dave talks to Coach about the process of drafting a franchise quarterback and his experience using the first overall pick on Cam Newton in 2011.
