Harry Thompson is a public speaker, PDA Emissary and Consultant, and the author of The PDA Paradox. He was diagnosed with Pathological Demand Avoidance as a teenager and in this episode of the podcast, he gives host Sam Harris some insights into how he experiences the world, demands and anxiety.
