Rachael has been a life coach for the last 6 years and an eating psychologist practitioner before that. Today she shares a ton of amazing insights into why you may be having a hard time loosing weight and that there is so much going on emotionally with out eating that we really need to address before we dive into what we are eating. She also shares some amazing insight on how to regulate your nervous system and lower our stress. The correlation between stress and weight gain is not talked about enough. So slow down and really take the time to become in tune with your body. It was so fun to chat with Rachael and learn from her. She has helped tons of people loose weight over the years and she can help you too. She also has an amazing podcast of her own! So if working with her has a coach isn’t an option right now be sure to check it out. She shares so much helpful information.

Tips for loosing weight:
1. SLEEP - you have to get good sleep.
2. PROTEIN - at least 100 grams of protein per day.
3. EMOTIONAL EATING - ask yourself before you eat something, "Why am I eating right now?"
