KGS214 | Struggling With Porn But It Has No Effect On My Leadership Or Does It by Kingsley Grant
Manage episode 276622833 series 2503257
+++ SOMEONE SOMEWHERE +++
Every one of us struggles with one thing or another. There are some people who are not able to relate to your struggle. But if you look long and hard, you'll find someone who does.
None of us are exempt from struggles.
With that in mind, we can safely say, we are not the only one that has a certain struggle even though we may feel that way at times.
As a coach and licensed therapist, I get to hear people's struggles constantly.
One of the struggles that are presented mostly by men, even though some women struggle as well, is that of pornography.
Porn is a multi-billion dollar industry and there are multiple thousands of people, mainly men, who are addicted to it.
But what about a leader?
Does this addiction to pornography have any effect on how they lead others?
In this episode, you'll hear whether or not leaders who struggle with pornography are negatively affected in their work and if so, what to do about it.
