Justin is the current Director of Rugby at Valley Fort Rugby Club in Hong Kong.

He is also a L4 and World Rugby Master Coach Educator.

In his 26 years as a Secondary School Teacher Justin was the Director of Rugby or First XV coach at many schools and held the role of Manager Coach Education with Rugby Victoria.
