This week we sit down with marketing production company CEO of Houston based company Disturbing Designs, Paul Smith. He talks to us about work as an entrepreneur, growing a family business, and his love for live sound and music. He also talks about the creation process, creating original designs for clients, working with clients from sports teams, small businesses, to many musicians/bands in and outside of Texas.
