This time we get down to the core of strength, strength games that is.
We are joined by Danny Webster, Athletic Director for Backyard Rebellion Highland Games, and Matt Hand, Pro Athlete for 18 years.
We get a behind the scenes look at what it takes to compete in the Highland Games and insight on how the games take place.
Danny and Matt take us through their careers as an Athletic Director and a Pro Athlete, the nuances of competing around the world, and what it takes to stay at a competitive level during the games.
We also get a bit of insight on Danny and Matt themselves. How they stay in form, what it's like during the off season, and how they prepare for any upcoming games.
It was awesome seeing them work and compete at Mississippi Celticfest this year and we look forward to seeing them again.
