Thanks for coming back folks! In the third episode of our grown folk chat, it's just me (you'll hopefully be pleased to know). For our first 'Get Your Mind Right' segment, I'm chatting about what I've called the 5 S' of mental health & wellbeing. I talk about my journey to seeking help and seeing a therapist, scribing and how I'm using my journal more to express my feelings, taking more silent time during prayer and meditation to connect with God, indulging in #SelfcareSundays and really trying to switch off from the world of social media.
Quite a personal episode but I think that's what makes it so relevant right now.
