But they are also at the center of disaster recovery reform efforts from Washington, D.C., down to the state and local levels. Congressman Garret Graves talks about that fight. Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller joins us to explain how he hit the ground running due to the 2016 floods and other recent emergencies. He says those lessons learned will go a long way to helping the public in the future.
