Hello my friends! Welcome Back!
We are going to adventure into some dark places today, but that shouldn't be a bad thing. Are you avoiding parts of you? Parts that make you feel uncomfortable? How do you respond to your own Fear? Do you have tactics you use to feel "Better"?
I want to investigate today these facets of our being. There are 4 main "base" emotions that can be blended and intensified into the broad range of human emotionality: these are Happy, Sad, Mad, and Afraid. A structurally functional peice of our emotions, a quarter of the payload, let us get on into it!
