Because I now practice this I find myself responding very differently to things that challenge me. And the result in return is very different than it used to be. I could do several shows on this one subject. There are just so many incredible examples of how you personally can demonstrate kindness, every day, if you choose to. And if you do, you will make such a difference in your life and those lives that you touch. I highly recommend you get this book, even if you only focus on this one segment, you will never be the same if you put this into practice. And neither will your world.
