Today's episode cuts right to the chase! Our guest is Robert Tham from Corbel Commercial Real Estate Services, a commercial real estate brokerage based out of Vancouver.
His introduction comes at around the 6-minute mark, because we had got chatting and carried away on the state of real estate in Vancouver - so for the first 5-minutes or so we've got straight up real estate content, with Robert's intro and backstory coming after that.
He's got a great backstory on growing up in East Van and eventually starting his own brokerage, and offers a lot of insight into the current state of the commercial (and residential) real estate industry in Vancouver at the moment.
Even though the real estate talk revolves around Vancouver for the most part, I think it should still provide value for those in the real estate & mortgage industries looking to start their own firm or take their game to the next level.
