Whether business or personal, you must ensure that incentives are aligned for optimum success.
In this episode, we discuss how incentives must be aligned…in businesses, sales funnels, marriages, relationships, first jobs, startups, unemployment benefits, churches, religion, and so on. Too many times there is a misalignment of incentives causing strain and ultimately failure. Without proper understanding, along with a healthy dose of transparency, problems associated with incentive misalignment are doomed to repeat themselves. Avoid the insanity. Tune in, won't you?
