Living in the Czech Republic, Klara Mauerova and her sister Katerina were manipulated by Barbora Skrlova into horrifically abusing Klara's sons, Jakub and Ondrej. The boys were subjected to severe abuse including starvation, torture, and sexual assault, while Barbora disguised herself as a 13-year-old girl named Anicka.
