I sit down with Dr. Tiffanie Williams who is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida, a Certified Family Trauma Professional, and a Certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with over 10 years experience. We discuss the stigma with mental health, why it is important to discuss mental health, and the importance of self care.
