Interview Debrief

1. Trial Close – gather as much information as you can on the interview so you can work with the candidate to ensure you can begin the trial close process. Remember you are looking for what would stop them saying yes, leaving you with only a yes answer

2. Email Summation – sounds basic, but again, so many people don’t use this tool. Its all about getting the candidaets to commit to writing down what they have said and what they will accept

3. Face to face close / debrief – if you can, this is critical as it means you have a much more powerful connection to the candidate.
