Last week, I walked into a home building expo ready to spend £400,000 with a specific company. I had done my homework, chosen my vendor, and was ready to sign on the dotted line.
But instead of securing my business, they lost it.
Here's the kicker: they didn't lose it to a better product or a cheaper price. They lost it because of one simple, avoidable mistake in their sales process.
And they were making it over and over again. They were easily losing a client per hour.
