This week Jess is back hosting solo and welcomes Chris Jones from Davey Real Estate into the studio. Chris lives and sells in Duncraig and they discuss the benefits of working with your neighbours.
Chris also chats about why he took a risk to change careers and become a real estate agent with a 1-year-old at home and how the skills from his past career helped him succeed. And they discuss how the current market conditions and managing huge numbers of buyers at a home open can be positive and negative.
